Andrew Stanleick

CEO and President

Andrew has served as president and CEO since February 2022, bringing over 25 years of global beauty and retail experience and a proven record of scaling businesses internationally. Andrew is known for leading the transformation and growth of iconic global brands across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas, focused on multi-channel marketing, branding and deep digital experience. Prior to joining The Beauty Health Company, Andrew held senior roles at Coty Inc. since 2017, and previously led Coty’s Consumer Beauty business in Europe. He was most recently Executive Vice President, Americas, where he oversaw Coty’s portfolio of Luxury and Consumer brands across the region. Andrew also served as the Global CEO for the joint venture with Kylie Jenner Beauty and oversaw the Kim Kardashian West business for Coty. Prior to Coty, Andrew spent a number of years at Coach Inc. as President & CEO of both the Europe and South East Asia-Pacific businesses. He began his career in consumer goods at Unilever and L’Oreal, holding progressively senior positions in marketing and country management leadership roles. A native of England, Andrew graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and has lived and served in leadership roles in eight countries across four continents, including seven years in Asia.

Liyuan Woo

Chief Financial Officer

Liyuan has served as the CFO, EVP since September 2020 and oversees all finance and operations aspects of the company. Liyuan has more than 24 years of experience building and creating infrastructure to enable aggressive global scaling, while promoting sustainable profitability. Prior to The Beauty Health Company, Liyuan was the COO & CFO of The VOID, a highly rated virtual reality brand introducing consumers to fully immersive, location-based, hyper-reality experiences. Throughout her career, Liyuan has provided leadership to both growth oriented and turnaround situations. Prior to the VOID, Liyuan was the CFO, EVP at SharkNinja, a growth oriented multi-billion dollar consumer electronic product portfolio category creator focused on innovation and marketing. At SharkNinja, she was in charge of finance, capital raising and allocation, legal and strategic initiatives involving global expansion and M&A. Previously, she served as a Director of Alix Partners and acted as CFO during Gymboree Group’s multi-billion dollar restructuring process. Liyuan also teamed up with other executive members in establishing the strategic plan, a supply chain hub in Asia as well as other international expansion efforts. Prior to that, she was the CFO of bebe stores, a publicly traded global multi-channel fashion brand. During her 6 years with bebe stores, she was responsible for all aspects of finance and operations. Liyuan started her career with the consulting firm Deloitte in its Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services and Financial Advisory functions. During her 13 years with Deloitte, she provided financial advisory services to public and private companies for M&A transactions, IPOs and growth initiatives. Since September 2021, Liyuan has also served on the board of Shawmut Design and Construction, a leading $1.5 billion national construction management firm.

Jwala joined as the EVP of Global Strategy & Partnerships in April 2021, although she has been an advisor to HydraFacial since 2017. Prior to joining HydraFacial, she served in operational and strategic roles within aesthetics for over 14 years working with large and small companies and was most recently the Chief Medical Officer for Suneva Medical. She was previously an entrepreneur-in-residence with Versant Ventures, focused in aesthetics, and was a leader in McKinsey & Company’s West Coast Healthcare Practice. She completed her medical fellowship training at UCSF, received her MD from University of California San Diego, and a BA from UC Berkeley.
