This vegan restaurant in Bath is a wonderful choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner or just a juice and piece of cake.

The menu changes seasonally, but for breakfast you can find dishes such as mashed avocado and bloody Mary salsa on sourdough toast or mixed mushrooms and spinach with cashew crumbs.

The Happy Donut Bakery launched during lockdown to give the people of Bath some much-needed vegan sweet treats. After a series of sell-out pop-ups across the city, the couple behind the brand have recently opened the doors to their very first bakery in the city.

Despite the name, vegan bakery offers a range of muffins, loaves, and spectacular celebration cakes that can be made to order.
